How to List all records connected to a record on another sheet?

Hi, I can’t quite get my head around how to do this. Maybe someone can put me on the right track? I have a sheet named ‘Contacts’. I have a number of other sheets with ‘Submitted by’ fields (select from other sheet) that reference my Contacts rows. What I would like at the bottom of the form page for each Contact is a list of all other sheets referencing that Contact. In effect a list of all content submitted by that contact.
