Is there a way for me to see the history of login for each user?
Having multiple users, it would be nice to see who is actually using my data, and when. They don’t need access if they are not going to log in.

Hi,

You may go to Account Setup > DB Maintenance section to download system log, which includes the date & time (UTC+0 timezone), and IP number of users that have logged on to your account.

Hi there, did it work for you? I see only 3 of my recent logins…not all of them, and certainly not the logins for all users. Thanks!

We have a new “User Status” report, which you can download from the “Install Templates”, that will gather this data:
