Can you track user activity in by user account? I’ve checked the User Status report but I’m getting incorrect information on from this report as it indicates login times that are not correct.
With many remote users, I need visibility on what they are actually busy with every day and how much idle time they have on the system.
Is there already a way to do this or can an Activity Log per user be created?

Can we have an example on what you’ve seen wrong on the user’s report? Please send Ragic Support an email to tell us more about your issue(please provide sheet URL, screenshots etc. ) so that we can have further investigation.
Currently we do not offer other feature to track on user’s activity, that’s why we would need more information on what difficulty that you’ve encountered.
