UPDATEIF Only the First Match Entry

Good Day,

I would need a way to UPDATEIF or another formula that can reflect the date once we select “Submitted” only for the first date and it should not take next date if we selected Submitted in the subtable any more. Any suggestions? This is to help us count the dates between the first submission and approval date.

Hi,

You can try using the VLOOKUP formula at it will return the value of the first subtable entry that matches your query. In this case, if you use VLOOKUP to find the date of the first submitted entry, the system will return 07/01/2024 (the date of the first submitted application entry).
