I am on Free plan now and i read that free plan is able to have unlimited Records. But how come my sheet is unable to create more records now?

Templates installed could have unlimited entries, but 3 custom sheets do have limited, 1000 records each sheet. When you reach the quota, you could simply delete old records and create new.
If there’s still something abnormal, please submit a support ticket via “Need Help” on the top right corner of database page and share the issue sheet URL with us and grand Ragic Support access to your database so we could look into the problem.
