The ability to check/edit a custom email

It would be great to have the option to view/edit an email before it’s sent when clicking the action button.

Very often I want to add a few customised words to a template email to a client, also it’s all too easy to send a non-sensical email if some field data is missing, albeit the template is technically 100% correct.

Any news on this idea? I would also like this feature if possible?

To have the email pop up and the ability to add some lines of further explanation on occasion before sending would be hugely useful.
