I have found a topic that we can add our own “Email” to enable the system to send the notifications from the Domain we own, I want to the “System Mail Setting” in “Company Settings” to add the notifications email, However, I could not find any changes that would enable me to add the SMPT infromation. Is this an issue? or should I request to have it added by somehow?
If you are using Ragic’s professional, on-premise, or enterprise plan, you could configure SMTP in company setting. If you’re using free or lite plan, it’s not supported.
I am using the Ragic’s professional, However, this setting is not available in our “Company Settings” Does not appears.
