Support Ticket Sys Template

How does the support ticket template work? I see only one sheet.

Have you consider creating a support ticket system the way you have designed other templates like the CRM or Product Management, etc.? I mean, more robust?

Can the support ticket system template work with web forms on our website?

Such as correlating fields in the web form with fields on the support ticket system page. We have a project request form on our web page that we’d like to create a support ticket entry when submitted. This web form can be adjusted to send to the email required for the template.
