Struggling with Setting Up Custom Views in Ragic

Hello

I’m having difficulty setting up custom views in Ragic for my database. I want to display certain fields & filter data based on specific conditions; but I’m not sure how to configure it properly to make the view intuitive and functional for users. :upside_down_face:

I’ve tried using the “custom view” feature; but I’m unable to get the filters to display correctly or to show data the way I want. :innocent:

Some of the fields I need to filter are not appearing in the custom view options & I’m unsure why that’s happening.

I’ve gone through the Ragic documentation, but I can’t find a clear solution to this issue. :thinking: I have checked https://www.ragic.com/intl/en/doc/96/customizing-your-database-home-Okta documentation guide but still need advice .

Any guidance on how to set up these custom views correctly would be really helpful!

Hi,

Do you mean to apply a fixed filter or default view in a Ragic sheet for your users to directly see the records matched the filtering criteria?

The documentation you were referring to was about customizing the “Home page” with preferred widgets displayed.
