Will it also remove deleted records in the SQL table?

Yes — when you delete records in Ragic, the corresponding rows will also be removed from your SQL table after the next SQL database sync runs.
As for archived records: if you mean automatic archiving, those records are effectively removed from the sheet in Ragic. As a result, they will also be deleted from the SQL table during the sync process.
