Small potatoes operation

We’re a smalll HOA, 164 units. We produce two directories simultaneously each October, one in Excel and one in Word. Obviously, the two can’t talk to each other, so they have to be kept up to date separately. Ragic looks to be a good solution, but none of the business-based templates fit our needs. Anyone else have this kind of situation that you’ve solved?
