"Sheet Manager" does not allow reports to be moved to other tabs

Just few months before I could create a report and move it from “Reports” tab to any tab I wanted with “Sheet Manager”.
Now I cant move my reports to other tabs. When I click on the <> button, it does not show the available tabs as it does when I try it on normal sheets.
