Set column width in view mode

I often find we need to go into the designer set column width, save it and see how it looks then do this a few times to get the column field widths of a listing page and this is just a suggestion to make life easier, nice to have.

Like you can set the Default view as a SysAdmin user it would be great if we could:

  1. Change the column width while in record list view mode
  2. Click a new link/button to set the current width for all users as if we had done so in the Design mode.
    This link/button will only be available for SysAdmin users.
