I am looking to use Zapier and a TXT service to sent automatic TXT messages to customers when their record is updated. Before i commit to signing up to Zapier, is it possible to only send the TXT based on a checkbox being set on a customer record. We do not want to send TXT messages to customers who have asked us not to.

In Zapier, a Zap can only be set to trigger once a record is created or updated. It’s suggested to use API integration for your situation that may contain several conditions on your sheet.
