Send User Email Not Sending to recipient

Hello
I have setup a Send Custom Email button and it is accessible to both internal and external users. For external users, they only see the records they own. I have ensured all applicable user’s notifications for emails are selected. When I click the send email button which should send to the record owner, the email shows up in lower left corner of Ragic saying it has been sent but the recipients never receive the email.

Could you please send us a support ticket with the necessary details so we can check the mail logs and see if the emails were sent?

I figured out that my custom SMTP settings were changed and once I updated them in Ragic, things worked as expected.
