Before I realized its importance, I deleted the ‘Create Date’ (field ID = 105) from the Form Page of one of my Sheets. It is still available on the Listing Page.
How can I regain access to that field so I can add it back to the Form Page?

We’ve take down “Create Date” system field from field picker on listing page recently since there’s some unexpected bug related to it. I would suggest creating a date field and apply with default value and show it on the listing page. After creating default value field, please remember to populate empty values.
