Resave Report Template Button for a user

Hi everyone,

I’m facing an issue and could use some help. The Ragic Admin user group are having trouble with re-saving report templates. I’ve already granted them the ‘Create and View Report’ feature right permission as shown below:

However, they’re missing the ‘Save’ button on their interface, which should appear like this:

Instead, they only have these options:

Any insights or solutions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

If a user is not in the SYSAdmin user group, they can only create reports or view reports generated by SYSAdmins. They are not able to save new reports.
