Query or Filter ?

I have a single sheet with all my data. Each entry can be assigned 1 of 5 Prospect Categories. What is the best way to be able to display and download by individual categories. Query, Filter, other… if it is possible to create an automatic report that would be great too

Hi,

You can apply filters on your listing page to filter your data first and then produce the reports you like, or you can simply just generate a grouping report to have your data grouped by the values of your selection field.
