Upon scanning the qr code for some of our entries, I am taken to a page that displays “the record has been deleted or does not exist”. However, I notice that upon inspecting the entry behind the message it displayed an id different than the one I scanned. I am not sure why this is being directed incorrectly. This qr code has properly directed in the past it is only recently it has been not working properly. Any way to fix this?
Would you please submit a ticket through “Need Help” at upper right corner in your database -> “Support Ticket”, fill up the form with the information of the steps to reproduce the issue for us to refer to and look into with?
