possible misrouting of API call

Hello all.

I am attempting to build a function that transfers data to a trading partner’s Salesforce system. I suspect that I have a routing problem. I notice that when I invoke my function, it immediately generates an error, whereas if there were a problem with authentication or the payload, it would take a second or two to return an error. I’m able to successfully post using PostMan.

My trading partner says their system isn’t blocking traffic from Ragic.

At the moment I’m avoiding posting our trading partner’s URL for security reasons, which I realize is a hinderance to troubleshooting the problem.

Is there any way to ping from within the Ragic environment? This way I could test what IP Ragic is looking for.

For the API issue, could you please email support@ragic.com? It would be helpful if you could provide the actual POST URL and any relevant screenshots. Additionally, let us know if this issue is occurring with all records or just specific ones. This information will help us better understand the problem and provide a more accurate solution. Thanks!
