Suppose I have 10 users on an account, and only one user is on the Professional version of Ragic (the other 9 are on the free version). If the user with the Professional version of Ragic creates more than 3 sheets, can the 9 free users see & edit them as well?
A database account can only subscribe to one plan. Once the plan is selected, all users under that account will be charged with the same plan. Hence, if you have 10 users, they’ll all be charged with the professional plan.
