Are we able to, or look at users with admin authorisation being able to take the system offline, enabling any changes therefore no changes can occur.
Can suspend all users, but this will mess around with licences.
Just wondering if any other way?

Currently, we do not offer a setting to switch the entire database to offline mode. However, we do provide the option to restrict access to the database, allowing only specific IP addresses to connect, and you can also set up connection time periods.
