Hi,
I need to change the settings for many users and doing them one by one is going to take ages especially for all the external users. How can I set the same settings for a set of users or make a default that applies to all new users such as this?

Currently it’s not supported to have a default setting for this. I’ve forwarded this feature request to our development team and will let you know once it’s supported.
SYSAdmin can now set default notifications for newly created internal and external users. This feature is available under Account Setup > Notifications.
(Individual tab settings for notifications are not supported in this feature because different users may have different access rights to various tabs and sheets.)
The team is still preparing for the documentation, but feel free to try the new feature and see if it’s working as expected.
