Need Help with "Referencing 2 Sheets at Once"

I tried to duplicate this database for this particular “many to many” example:

But I’m having problems and can’t get the “Assignment ID” field in the Projects subtable to display with the label up and the data below that label.

Instead, I get a label and a data field to the right of it. But I need this to stack vertically and not horizontally just like in your example.

Also, in the Link and Load screen, I can’t seem to drag and drop my Employee Id column directly next to the “Assignment ID” label.

How do I correct this?
