Mass Email - change defaults for recipient name

Hi,
I would like to send a mass email and change how the recipient email address appears for that recipient. I have tested it and sent one to myself, and it appears as: mynamenotifications@mg.ragic.com in the heading of the email I received.
Is this the norm for mass emails? If so, can I change it to just have the person’s email appear instead of notification@mg.ragic.com?
Also, I assume the mass email bccs everyone included and the recipient just sees their own name. Is that correct?

When I sent a test email I, as the recipient, received an email and it appeared like this: Screen Shot 2020-10-22 at 4.10.10 PM|427x116

So I guess I’m asking how to change the sender email name.

Do you mean the email address of the “sender”? If yes, it cannot be changed cause the email is sent out by Ragic.

One more question - if I have a filter applied to a dataset and send a mass email, will the email go to that dataset only?

Yes, the mass emails will be sent to filtered records only.
