Manual attributes for Attachments

Hello there,

We’ve done a ticketing system and some other futures to match with our company workflow, we used the Manual Attributes and it’s very useful to track a lot of things.

We were looking if possible to identify the attachments in the emails “PDFs” and could directly add them into a cell customized to show all “PDF” files that were received from the original email? would this something be possible?

Hi,

It’s not supported at this moment because of data structure. We would discuss with developers to see if we could make it in the future.

Is it possible at least to get a “Manual Attribute” that pulls the attachments into a File Upload field? In the same way that there are Manual Attributes to pull the rest of the email fields like subject content cc etc.
