Make Calendar More Effective

How do I control what date fields show in the calendar? Is there a way to make subtable dates show, as well? (Basically, I want my team to be able to pull up the calendar and see all upcoming tasks.) Is there a way to color code these or is it default?


You can select the start date field, title field, and how to color code your calendar events on calendar reports.

However, subtable entries cannot be displayed on calendar reports.

I see the report options, but is there no way to control this for the Calendar that shows up on the main page for everyone automatically?

I was able to use the settings to edit what I wanted to show up, but not what colors I wanted them to be.


It is not supported to change the color of the home page’s event calendar.
