There has been moments that mail merge will not pull the data from the form page.
It will show the excel with <> <> <> etc instead of the data.
Ocurred around 10:00 pm Taiwan time.
At around 10:30 pm, it was working again.
Are you referring to something that happened yesterday (Dec. 30)?
Right now we’re not seeing any update or events at that time. Please do let us know about the issue if it happens again.
Not pulling data and showing <> happened again today. I believe it might be internet related problem. I reloaded the page and worked.
Another issue I forgot to write on the initial post is that on a few occasions the downloaded excel couldn’t be opened saying it was corrupted. But seems like closing the chrome browser and reopening worked.
I will keep updating if it any anomaly happens again.
