how to do the following:
1- Create an expense form with an approval process flow.
2- once it is approved the expense is assigned to a project that is added already in the projects list.
3- in the expense request form it should show the available budget in the project.
4- the available budget in the project is always dynamic as there is always income ad current summed expenses.
