Lines jumping up during template building and editing

Hi,

I’m a user of a professional account and I faced some problem when editing my template.

Previously I was making a customize template that uses more than 400 rows. As I was editing and deleting some rows, some part of the deleted rows jumped up randomly and disrupting the other rows I’m still working on.

I tried to clear any existing formula and conditional formatting before deleting the rows, but the same problem occurred as well.

Please advise.

Can you allow the Ragic support staff access to your account so we can have a look at what is causing this issue?
You can allow access by clicking the “Need Help” link on the upper-right side of your account and filling the form.

Besides, please kindly share a recorded video for the steps to reproduce the issue so that we could test here. :slight_smile:

Hi,

I tried to click ‘Need Help’, however the it doesn’t lead me to a form instead to different user page I was linked to previously. I’ve included a link to video on that for your reference too. Please advise as well on how for my account to get unlinked from the ‘Xygtwhi’ account as shown in the video.
