Is it possible to Mask a URL with a friendly name?

I have a table of vessel assets that I would like to affiliate a URL with that leads to an external tracking site. I would prefer to not expose the entire URL, rather just show some text like “Vessel position” that they can click on.

I tried using the HYPERLINK excel command, but it did not work (it does in Excel).

Any ideas?
