I’ve created a custom print report that’s to be generated for a sales invoice from the desktop, however when I tried to find the button for the same in my mobile app, it doesn’t show.

Thank you for reaching out. The Custom Print Report feature is newly launched and currently not supported in the mobile app version. We will let you know as soon as it becomes available for the app.

As a temporary solution you can use the ESC POS apps. They let you print the screen. Install your printer driver, then install the ESC POS app. Fairly basic and clunky, but workable. There are other apps that are already configured for popular printers too.
This was a decider for me. The absence of decent printing capability (along with very poor subtable filtering) has turned me off RAGIC and I’m now using Appsheet. Appsheet still has the same lack of printing ability, but at least its tight integration with all things Google means that the report or table can be dropped into a Google app that can print to almost anything.

Thanks i’ll look into that. I tried using appsheet but some it doesn’t have some of the features I required. So I turned to ragic and also checking out some other apps for the same. POS printing invoices is what i need it for.
