Is Customer Support ignoring my chat messages?

They “read” the messages a couple of hours after I send each message.

Yes, we reply to chat. However, messages sent after hours will be replied to until working hours, 9:30-12:00, 13:00-18:30 TPE (GMT+8) and PDT (GMT-7) time.

Fair, but support hours aren’t written anywhere.
Secondly, I assumed the Developers Forum was for scripting or dev questions; especially since there are limited chat hours.
