I have some forms which are public and are entered via sharing the sheet etc.
Can the system record the IP address against a field, of the user entering the information into the form, just like the User Access log on the DB Maintenance.

Currently, we do not capture the IP address of users who enter data into the form. The User Access Log only logs when a user login the database.
Could you kindly provide additional information regarding your particular scenario and the reason behind your request for this feature?
