We need a database to handle large quantities of invitations received, that then need to be categorized by location (city/state), purpose/issue, and recommendation (is it worth principal’s time to attend & why). Can Ragic do this?

Would you mind to share an example, a screenshot or sample spreadsheet, of how you handle with this data right now so that we could offer suggestions of sheet structure based on your need?
If you have privacy concerns, you can send us a sample with fake numbers via the “Need Help?” at the upper right corner of your database.

This is what Ragic is made for i think, how are you going about the reception of invitations? Is this an Excel or are you going to use a Ragic form? I am asking this for the category’s.
Could you also elaborate on the category usage? What are you going to use it for?
