invert "sort by last update"

Hello, I am using Ragic in a 800 record database with no time stamp or other data field to sort by (no dates or numbers). It would be very useful to have the default view set up so that the last edited entries are at the top. However it seems it can only be at the bottom. This means having to scroll through 800 entries instead of having the current work visible. Is is a possibility to make the “sort by last update” option to have the newest at the top versus at the bottom? Any tips to make this happen are welcome.

Hi,

You can create a default value field to save the last modified time in the field, apply a sort using this new field, and save this sorting condition as a shared default view.

Thanks Fabio, that worked. I was able to hide the date fields as well so its not bothering the users.
