Hi, I’m using the ERP system template . Is there a way to add a column for the total quantities sold in the orders sheet into the inventory sheet? It’s to quickly calculate how much you sold versus how much you have in stock for each item.

Hi,

You could follow steps below to adjust the design.

  1. Create new sheet from subtable on sheet Sales Order, you would get a new sheet that each sales order item is an independent entry.

  2. The new sheet had been linked to sheet Sales Product, which is a multiple version to Inventory. You could show reference from existing sheet on sheet Inventory and add sales order item to be reference subtable.
