How to star tag a record using the app?

Hi,

I’m using the android app. How can I star tag a record using the app? I can see the records and the empty star to the right of each but I can’t figure out how to activate the star tag.

I’ve tried double tapping, single tapping and holding the star icon. Nothing. I though it might be a permissions issue but even using an admin account it doesn’t seem to work?

Works fine on the desktop version.

Hi,

We have just applied a fix on this issue that you reported in the latest version 4.0.25. You can test it out and see if they are working as expected now.
