I want to resize or fix the image size so that when I will download it in template it will not show the original size instead of that it will show the size which I fixed for that image as every time i download the template I need to resize the image.

Shows here you can set a “max height” and “max width”, so as long as the image was originally larger or at least the same size, it will conform to that, the max size.
I have not used it yet my friend,
I guess you may have to then, test exactly what size will work to fill the desired space (cells)…
Also… note that you can select to hide the field name (title) when doing this!
