Need to move patient info from one sheet to another. How do I do that?

From your description, I would suggest adding a action button of converting records. By this way, you can easily create a new entry in sheet B with the field value of sheet A.
However, if you want to simply move record from sheet A to sheet B (that is, the record in sheet A is no longer existed after movement), it cannot be achieved in Ragic. You’ll need to manually delete the record in sheet A and create a new entry in sheet B.
