How to Merge cells for a Field Name that is wider than one standard column?

In the same way that you can expand the Field Variable over more than one cell [i.e. Column Span (Merg Cells)], how do I do this for the Field Name?

Hi,

You cannot merge cells on field headers, you can only drag their respective columns wider.
