How do I make some field columns display in some "views" but not in others?

I tried reading the documentation and tutorials and I couldn’t find anything.

Sub-sheets doesn’t seem like a viable option, as there will be no internal or external users, accessing my databases.

You can try using “Conditional Formatting” on the listing page to “hide” filename field if it’s empty.
