Printing a simple report listing selected fields from a filtered sheet

To get a report of specific fields from a filtered set, you can use Ragic’s Download as Excel or Download as PDF tool. It’s important to note that the export tool is synced with your active filters: whatever results your search returns (across all pages) are what will be exported.
Here is how to set that up:
1. Apply your Filters
Use our search function or saved views to narrow down your data. Even if your results span multiple pages on the listing screen, Ragic will include the entire filtered set in the export.
2. Run the Export
Go to Tools > Export to find either the Download as Excel or Download as PDF tool. You can find the full technical breakdown in this guide.
3. Select Specific Fields
On the export configuration page, you can pick and choose exactly which fields to include. This allows you to generate a clean, simple report without bringing over unnecessary background data.
