I’m trying to write some conditional formatting rules. I need to use the same field in multiple rules. I found this document helpful: Conditional formatting doesn’t work as expected. (ragic.com)

However, when I try to set up a conditional formatting rule, I’m not given an option to use the AND or OR functions. Has this feature been removed?

When I change one of the conditions I created, the other also changes. Is this a normal situation?

Hi,

I think you should try to the AND and OR functions for conditional formatting might not be available in your version of the tool. Check if there an update or a different way to implement these functions by consulting the latest documentation or support from Ragic. You might also try combining multiple rules to achieve the desired effect if direct use of AND/OR isn’t possible.

You’re right, there are limitations on conditional formatting.

I found the problem. I didn’t know to press the + symbol I’ve highlighted. I must have been having a bad day. Thanks for the help.
