Can we collect or use the data from a Grouping report directly into a sheet ?

The Sheet is to store your raw data and the Report is to analyze and your data and return the result screen. These are two different functions that you cannot retrieve the data from report and return to the sheet.
If you would like to analyze your data cross entries according to your rule and return the result to another sheet, it would require some custom scripting.

I found a simple solution with the form tools “show reference from existing sheet”.
I use sumifs function to recollect data from subtables. This way the data recollected becomes a field in the main sheet and is workable for formulas, link and load, or be showed as reference, etc.
