Generate an empty form page (with all fields) for download or for print

Hi we found that the “go to the form page” button on the listing page of a new table is very useful for generating a printable pdf form . However, when the table already have entries, this option is gone.

Is it possible to add this feature on the listing page regardless there are entries exists? It will be helpful to generate an empty form for physical fill in when necessary.

Although it is also possible to Not really keen to add a new entry for this purpose, as some forms are set with auto-generate fields and condition formatting. Thanks.
