Formatting Money Field

This is a little confusing so let me try to explain. Is there a way to format a money field so that it shows values in this way?

$1,234.567
$1,234.56
$1,234.50
$1,234

The problem is that I don’t want to see $1,234,5

In other words, it will put a zero in the pennies column when there is a non-zero number in the dimes column, but will not add any zeros when there are no dimes or pennies.

I’m afraid there’s no way to achieve this, it might show either one of below combinations:

  1. $1,234.5 and $1,234
  2. $1,234.50 and $1,234.00
