Is it possible to have the data entry from at the top of the page and the table with multiple records below that. e.g. edit new or selected record at the top while showing history in table below?
Thus with one table. not a 1-n subtable.

To be able to show related records (referencing from another sheet), usually within the system it can be done by using the feature Link and Load. However it’s unlikely to create links on a single sheet.
