OK, me again with a problem.
Last night I exported my 2 sheets as xlsx files and every teacher had a surname but this morning not all the surname survived my linking the sheets. Why?
Later on PS when I unlinked the sheets, the surnames reappeared!

I’ve entered your database and it seems that you’ve changed the field back to free text type and all the “Last Name” field is saved correctly.
As for the linking, may I know which sheet you would like to link with so that I can offer suggestions?
