How do I set a field type for time duration, and how do I make the cell appear as “3h 51m”, etc.? A bit lost here and would appreciate any help given. Thanks!

Currently we don’t have “duration” field type, but the date & time field type can be set with “Display as time ago”.
Or if you are calculating the duration from two date & time fields, you can refer to this documentation.
